Yao City offers services where foreign residents can consult about issues they encounter in their daily lives.
Consultations are available on a wide range of topics, including visas, employment, pensions, children, and more.
There are three consultation service centers:
・Yao International Center
・Katsura Human Rights Community Center
・Yasunaka Human Rights Community Center
Consultations are free. No fees are required.
Non-Japanese speakers can receive consultations in English, Chinese, and Vietnamese.

* Vietnamese-language consultation on Sundays is available only on the second and fourth Sundays
